Hot! Panasonic joins notebook battery recall

It's been a summer of lithium ion laptop high profile to the chagrin of Dell, Apple Computer and Sony.
Matsushita, best known for its Panasonic brand, joined the party this week with his recovery, 6,000 notebook batteries sold in Japan itself. This most recent recall is not as great as those involved 4.1 million batteries sold by Dell and 1.8 million batteries sold by Apple, but it is another example of the attention and the attention given to the computer's battery Portable today.
